Side-to-side q/p tap test
This page restores the original two-hand q/p protocol from the PHP site: left hand for 30 seconds, then right hand for 30 seconds, with medication-context questions saved alongside the scores.

5. Run the q/p test
Press Start, then use only the index finger of the requested hand. Press Q to start the 30-second clock, then alternate Q and P as fast and as accurately as possible.
